Roger Zimmerman

Roger Zimmerman is an entrepreneur, education innovator, seasoned keynote speaker and co-founder of Next Entrepreneurs Organisation gUG. Since 2018 he has worked to build entrepreneurial thinking, digital skills and the future capabilities young people need across Germany, through hands-on learning and innovation programs.

Long before financial education, entrepreneurship and future skills became common topics in schools, Roger Zimmerman was already breaking new ground. Back in the 1990s, his talks changed the way financial advice was delivered, showing how complex economic ideas can be made clear, lively and practical.

As a host, he has shared some of the biggest stages in the country — including major events like the Hannover industrial trade fair. He pairs deep expertise with a talent for inspiring people, making ideas tangible and getting learning moving.

What sets him apart is how much he enjoys watching other people grow. He approaches education from real-world practice rather than theory: young people shouldn't just take in knowledge, they should come up with their own ideas, make decisions, take responsibility and discover what they have in them.

As a father of two and grandfather of four, he knows how important it is to prepare young people early for a changing world.
